Dystnct was Contacted by Portland agency Roundhouse to bring their moving photos to life with post production. We were tasked with taking the footage Roundhouse shot and creating perfect loops with match-frames and extensive roto.
PROCESS PHOTOS
We explored a lot with different visual treatments for the effects using Turbulence FD and X-Particles within Cinema 4D. By using proxy 3D geometry, we were able to get our particle system to interact with the shoe from the live-action footage.
